Requirements

• Accredited OT degree
• Active Virginia OT license
• 3+ years OT experience (home health preferred)
• COTA supervision experience
• EMR experience (WellSky/Kinnser or HCHB preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home OT evaluations
• Develop and implement treatment plans per physician orders
• Provide skilled OT to improve ADLs, mobility, strength, and safety
• Educate patients and caregivers
• Document visits accurately and timely
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Supervise COTAs as assigned
