About The Position
Gallagher Home Health Services is hiring a Part-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home therapy services to patients in the Fox Chapel and surrounding communities.
Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy license (required)
- Strong clinical, communication, and time-management skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience preferred (not required)
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy plans of care
- Provide skilled OT treatment in the home setting
- Educate patients and caregivers on safety, adaptive techniques, and equipment use
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with nurses, PTs, and physicians
