About The Position

At Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services, we promote a challenging, but rewarding opportunity in a caring environment. We are currently seeking an experienced OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST (OT) to work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a wonderful rehab experience for patients and their families by being responsive and individualizing treatment plans. The role involves working in a supportive rehab environment with progressive treatment modalities to address a variety of diseases and impairments. In-house therapy with local management support is provided.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
• Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working.
• Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a wonderful rehab experience for patients and their families.
• Be responsive and individualize treatment plans.
• Work in a supportive rehab environment with progressive treatment modalities.
