About The Position

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) to work in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care (LTC) setting. Requirements

• 1 year of recent experience as an Occupational Therapist (OT) specializing in SNF / LTC.
• Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license within the state of Florida.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
