Requirements

• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current state Occupational Therapy certification/license.
• Current BLS (AHA) certificate.

Nice To Haves

• National Board for Certification Occupational Therapy certification.
• AOTA and OTAC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prescribed consultative and therapeutic services in order to restore function and prevent disability for clients or patients with musculoskeletal, neuromuscular and cardiopulmonary disorders.
• Function according to professional practice as an integral member of the interdisciplinary care team.
• Provide therapy for occupations, performance patterns, performance skills, environment and context.
• Perform responsibilities in accordance with department and hospital policies, state, federal and regulatory requirements: Title 22 Section 70517, 70519.
• Work one Saturday per month, holiday rotation, weekdays as needed or available.
