About The Position

Are you an Occupational Therapist (OT) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at our Erie senior communities are seeking its next employee-owner team member. Please note that this positon will cover several of our communities in Erie: Sara Reed Manchester Commons Pleasant Ridge Manor Brevellier Village

Requirements

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapists.
• Hold a valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• At least one year of acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience required

Nice To Haves

• Nethealth experience a plus!

Responsibilities

• Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Occupational Therapist Assistants.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
• Help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.
