About The Position

This is a PRN position to cover on weekdays. As an Occupational Therapist (OT) with Symbria, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of older adults.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Valid OT license in Illinois (or pending for new grads).
• Flexibility to work weekdays.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehab is a plus—but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to your patients' needs.
• Supervise and guide Occupational Therapist Assistants.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete documentation.
• Help patients regain independence and improve their quality of life.
