This is a Part-time/PRN opportunity including: Skilled Nursing Facility-Short and Long Term Rehab. Dedicated Team Environment with easy access to local Regional Management Staff for Support. Good Nursing/Therapy Relationship and a flexible schedule to achieve work/life balance.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science or advanced degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current state license/certification.
• Current registration with the American Occupational Therapy Certification Board.
• Prefer minimum one (1) year experience in rehabilitation.
• Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to provide therapy services in various locations.
• Demonstrate competency in applying principles, methods, materials and equipment used in therapy discipline.
• Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with physician orders.
• Use therapeutic procedures and assistive devices to maximize functional potential.
• Work as a member of a team providing support and information in Occupational Therapy.
• Provide therapy services in various locations including Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities, or Home Health Care.
