About The Position
H2 Health Prime Living is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide 1:1 patient care in a luxury Senior Living community in McKinney. This role involves evaluating and treating a primarily geriatric caseload with a mix of general orthopedic conditions, vestibular rehab, neurologic movement disorders, ADLs, and cognitive decline. The therapist must be able to work independently and in teams, making appropriate decisions based on each patient's functional needs. The position offers both part-time (15+ visits/week) and full-time (34+ visits/week) options with a flexible schedule.
