About The Position
As a home health Occupational Therapist (OT) with Pivot Home Health, you will work with clients across the lifespan in home-based and community settings. For pediatric clients, the focus will be on fine motor skills, sensory regulation, self-care, and play-based learning to enhance confidence and participation. For adult clients, you will support recovery and independence through adaptive strategies, strengthening, coordination, and functional training to improve their quality of life at home. The role emphasizes using creativity and expertise to help clients of all ages thrive in their homes and communities. Requirements
- Active Colorado Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Passion for helping patients across the lifespan to reach their full potential through home-based care
Responsibilities
- Work with clients across the lifespan (children and adults)
- Focus on fine motor skills, sensory regulation, self-care, and play-based learning for pediatric clients
- Support recovery and independence through adaptive strategies, strengthening, coordination, and functional training for adult clients
- Provide therapy in home-based and community settings
- Utilize an iPad for seamless electronic documentation
