About The Position

The Occupational Therapist (OT) position at Vibra Healthcare involves providing and directing comprehensive Occupational Therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing facility. Requirements

• Current, valid, and active license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Texas.
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy or a Master's Degree if required.
• NBCOT registered and licensed per state requirements.
• Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor.

Nice To Haves

• One year of experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare skilled services requirements preferred.
• Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide and direct Occupational Therapy services to residents.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Implement therapy programs and document progress.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Function under physician's orders.
