Requirements

• A degree from an accredited OT program
• A valid (or pending) Ohio OT license
• Passion for working with older adults
• Experience in LTC, acute care, or rehab is a plus

Responsibilities

• Set meaningful goals and develop personalized treatment plans
• Supervise and support COTAs
• Work closely with an interdisciplinary team that values your insight
• Track progress, document outcomes, and drive real results
• Help older adults live fuller, more independent lives
