About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a float team supporting multiple school locations. The OT will deliver high-quality occupational therapy services, working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to promote student success, functional independence, and participation in educational activities.

Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Nice To Haves

• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy services in alignment with IEPs, care plans, and best practice standards.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, families, and related service providers to support student goals.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation per state and district regulations.
• Travel between assigned locations as needed to provide coverage and support.
