Occupational Therapist (OT) Department Lead / Supervisor - Chicago
About The Position
As a Occupational Therapist (OT) Department Lead / Supervisor at Eyas Landing - Avondale, you will provide occupational therapy to children and families while overseeing a team of Occupational Therapists. You'll foster each child's sensory processing and integration, motor coordination, fine motor development, and independence through: Providing individualized and group therapy Implementing client-centered therapeutic approaches such as DIR/Floortime, Intentional Relationship Model (IRM), and reflex integration Collaborating daily with physical and speech therapists, and social workers Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care Providing mentorship, clinical guidance, and performance feedback to Occupational Therapists to ensure consistency in care delivery and growth
Responsibilities
