About The Position

ONC BOCES is anticipating a need for a full-time Occupational Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. Our Occupational Therapists deliver services to students in a variety of ways, including providing consultation, collaborating with the student's educational team, and develop and implement strategies that enable students to access and participate more successfully in their educational settings at all times, not just when the therapist is present.

Requirements

• Current and valid NYS Registered Occupational Therapy or COTA license.
• Experience working in a school setting or with students is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver services to students in various ways including consultation and collaboration with educational teams.
• Develop and implement strategies for student participation in educational settings.
