About The Position

Select Physical Therapy is seeking dedicated occupational therapists or certified hand therapists (CHTs) to join our team in Warrensburg, MO. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team specializing in hand and elbow therapy. We prefer candidates with 1-4 years of experience, but we also welcome new graduates who have completed a rotation in hand therapy. As part of our team, you will have the chance to treat a diverse caseload of hand and elbow patients, gaining invaluable experience in this specialized field. Our mentorship program is designed to support your professional growth, especially if you are preparing for the CHT exam. You will be paired with a CHT mentor who will guide you through the certification process. Additionally, you will have access to resources such as the Upper Extremity (UE) Journal Club and CHT Study Group, which are instrumental in enhancing your knowledge and skills in hand therapy. For those already certified, our hand therapists enjoy complimentary access to the Journals of Hand Therapy and Hand Surgery, among other valuable resources.
