About The Position

Our Banner Physical Therapy center is looking for an Occupational Therapist with a special interest in oncology and lymphedema to join our team as part of our growing local ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation program. Adult outpatient experience required, willing to consider level II fieldwork experience. Lymphedema and/or cancer rehabilitation experience preferred and we're able to provide training for individuals with passion but no experience. Caseload will be primarily oncology and lymphedema with ortho backfill as schedule dictates. Requirements

  • Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Occupational Therapy
  • Current State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
  • CPR certified
  • Adult OP experience required (level II fieldwork considered)

Nice To Haves

  • Interest/experience in cancer rehabilitation
  • Lymphedema interest/experience/certification

Responsibilities

  • Maintain open and respectful communication with all parties
  • Understand and adhere to state practice acts and laws governing OTs
  • Complete and maintain required trainings
  • Maintain compliance with government regulations
  • Evaluate, treat and direct treatment for patients
