Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school with an associate degree as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
  • Certification by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
  • Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
