Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is excited to welcome a full-time Occupational Therapist (OTR) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to our exceptional therapy team at a beautiful, well-respected comprehensive continuum-of-care senior community in Dousman, Wisconsin. This dynamic campus offers the opportunity to work across short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, assisted living, and independent living, allowing you to practice at the top of your license while making a meaningful impact across levels of care. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school with an associate degree as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Certification by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
- License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
