About The Position

The Occupational Therapist is responsible for the administration, interpretation, and evaluation of tests and measurements. This role involves planning and modifying treatment programs for patients ranging from neonatal to geriatric age groups, ensuring clinical competency as applicable. The therapist will complete established competencies for the position within the designated introductory period and may be assigned other related duties as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Possession of current Texas State license prior to orientation for new graduates.
• Possession of current Texas State license for all others.
• Active healthcare provider Basic Life Support certification on hire.

Nice To Haves

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Clinical experience in a variety of settings.
• Experience in Hand Therapy and Ergonomics.
• Familiarity with marketing and business.
• Spanish Proficiency.
