Requirements

Active Illinois and/or Indiana Occupational Therapy License
3+ years of pediatric Occupational Therapy experience across school, clinic, and/or home settings
Demonstrated strength in team leadership, mentorship, and clinical communication
A passion for helping clinicians grow and helping kids thrive
Confidence in your craft. Curiosity about your team's needs. Compassion in every move you make.

Responsibilities

Mentor and develop OTs and OTAs across multiple service lines
Serve as a clinical expert by problem-solving, reviewing complex cases, and driving outcomes
Deliver direct pediatric occupational therapy services across different environments
Collaborate with leadership and managers to improve clinical standards and program development
Lead with confidence, curiosity, and compassion, and a good sense of humor
