The Occupational Therapist I provides Occupational Therapy services both in-patient adult and/or pediatrics, as well as out-patient care. The Occupational Therapist I: (1) provides evaluation, treatment and follow-up of patients as referred by the physician for occupational therapy; (2) provides accurate, regular documentation of patient’s status (oral and written); (3) supervised volunteers, Occupational Therapy aides, Administrative Specialists and students; (4) maintains departmental supplies, equipment and facilities (5) assists with routine departmental duties; (6) participates in professional development.
