General Summary: Provides direct clinical care with specific program development, participates as a member in the interdisciplinary patient care program, maintain updated therapy techniques, provides in services in health care personnel within JHHCG regarding current and acceptable therapy techniques. Under general director of a clinical manager, responds to physician’s plan of treatment by evaluating patient’s needs and planning and implementing a treatment program to facilitate the patient’s physical and mental functioning or adjustment to his/her handicap/disability limitations. Location: Based in West Baltimore City & County Shift: Exempt, Dayshift - Full-time 40 hours per week

Requirements

  • B.S. or M.S. or OTD in Occupational Therapy
  • One year of clinical experience, acute/subacute/home health preferred
  • Certification in Adult and Pediatric CPR
  • Valid Maryland Driver’s License and current auto insurance, working vehicle; agree to comply with Maryland law for mandatory seat belt use.
  • Maryland O.T. License
