About The Position

Atlantic Health System is seeking an independent, dynamic and motivated individual to join the energetic and innovative team of healthcare professionals within Atlantic Rehabilitation as a per diem Occupational Therapist. This position requires someone who has experience with both Neuro and Ortho diagnoses. We prefer that the candidate has their CHT or is working towards obtaining their CHT. This position will be required to provide coverage at multiple location within a reasonable distance and work with a collaborative team. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited OT program
• Current Occupational Therapy license in NJ

Nice To Haves

• Hands on experience working with neuro and ortho diagnosis.
• 2-4 years preferred experience working in an outpatient setting
• CHT preferred and/or working towards a CHT certification in the near future.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations w/ adult with varied orthopedic and neurological diagnosis.
• Complete OT evaluations.
• Design and implement OT treatment plans.
• Communicate with entire patient care team
• Perform all electronic documentation per discipline and departmental guidelines
• Fabricate splints as needed.
