About The Position

Atlantic Health System is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join the energetic and innovative team of healthcare professionals in their Atlantic Rehabilitation Division in New Providence as Per Diem Occupational Therapist. This position will primarily focus on staff coverage during PTO as well as occasional hours during increased census to provide additional accessibility for our patients. The collaborative team is team oriented and works closely with our multidisciplinary departments. Our core values encompass patient-centered care and ensuring our staff are well taken care of. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited OT program, required.
• Current Occupational Therapy license in the state of NJ.

Nice To Haves

• Hands-on experience working with neuro and ortho diagnoses.
• 2-4 years preferred experience working in an outpatient setting.
• Vivistim trained.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations with adults with varied neurological and orthopedic diagnoses.
• Perform evaluations and design and implement OT treatment plans.
• Communicate with the entire patient care team.
• Perform all electronic documentation per discipline and departmental guidelines.
• Perform evaluation and treatment with our Vivistim population.
