About The Position

Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our growing Homecare team. If you’re passionate about helping patients regain independence in their homes, we want to hear from you!

Requirements

• NYS Occupational Therapy License (required)
• Homecare experience preferred (mentorship & training provided if new to home health)
• Compassionate, patient-centered care and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one occupational therapy in the home setting
• Develop and update individualized plans of care with patients, families, and physicians
• Document visits in our quick EMR (no OASIS required)
• Communicate progress and discharge planning with patients and families
• Treat patients primarily within your designated geographic area
