Requirements

Degree from a CAOTE accredited school
Licensed (or eligible) in Maryland
BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
1+ year of Home Health experience preferred (Inpatient or skilled nursing experience also considered)
Proficiency with EMR systems
Strong communication, time management, and flexibility

Nice To Haves

1+ year of Home Health experience preferred (Inpatient or skilled nursing experience also considered)

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven occupational therapy services
Accurately document care using a web-based EMR system
Educate patients and families on treatment plans
Meet clinical, departmental, and regulatory standards
Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment
