About The Position

Requirements
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Michigan.
- Experience in home health or similar outpatient settings preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to patient homes.
- Ability to work independently and manage caseload efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients’ physical and functional abilities in their home environments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions to enhance daily living skills.
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare team members.
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and safety measures.
- Maintain compliance with clinical policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements.
