Make a Difference—One Patient at a Time Klarus Home Health is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing home health team in Albuquerque, NM. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy
Current New Mexico OT license
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
Current CPR certification
Ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand/walk for extended periods
Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
Ability to work independently in patient homes

Nice To Haves

1+ year OT experience
Home health experience
Homecare Homebase proficiency
Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

Perform OT evaluations and ongoing assessments, including OASIS as required
Develop, implement, and revise individualized plans of care
Provide therapeutic interventions for ADLs, ROM, strength, coordination, and adaptive equipment
Educate patients, families, and caregivers
Maintain timely and accurate documentation
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Supervise COTAs and aides as applicable
Follow infection control and safety standards
