Schedule PRN Monday through Friday Flexible weekday hours What You’ll Do Provide comprehensive OT evaluations and treatments for adult and geriatric patients in their homes Develop individualized care plans focused on functional improvement and safety Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including nurses, PTs, and physicians Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment Document care accurately and timely using EMR systems What You Bring Current Tennessee OT license (or eligibility) Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred—home health experience a plus Strong communication and time management skills Passion for patient advocacy and holistic care Why Join Vanderbilt Health? JOB SUMMARY Provides occupational therapy services to patients who have impairments, developmental disabilities, functional limitations, disabilities, or changes in physical function and health status resulting from injury, disease or other causes under occasional guidance. Actively collaborates with the health care/educational team to meet patient care, outcomes and system improvement objectives.
