About The Position

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA/AMA jointly accredited program
- Valid Occupational Therapist, Registered (OTR) license in Pennsylvania
- 1+ year of occupational medicine experience
- 2+ years of social work experience
- Current AHA BLS, ACLS, or PALS certification
- Valid driver's license and comfort with local travel to patient homes
- Comfortable with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software as part of daily workflow
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with a care team on the management and delivery of patient care plans across Somerset and nearby communities
- Traveling to patients' homes (roughly 20% of your day)
- Staying on top of charting with technology built to make it efficient
- Self-managing your schedule with the backing of dedicated schedulers and 24/7 after-hours support
