About The Position

This position will be supporting patients in Jackson and Josephine counties. Manages and provides skilled occupational therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account individual patient's special physical or age-related needs. Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with individual's functional level and potential. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
• Or Master's Degree From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
• Or Ph.D. From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
• Or equivalent educ/experience
• Upon hire: Oregon Occupational Therapist License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
