We are seeking an Occupational Therapist I for a 13-week contract assignment in home health. The position requires the therapist to visit patients in care facilities as well as in their homes. The schedule for this role is Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. The therapist will be expected to travel approximately 30 to 40 miles per day, with a productivity expectation of 30 units per week. The candidate will be using EMR systems including HomeCare HomeBase, Oasis, and Outlook HCHB. There is no on-call requirement for this position.
