You will guide patients in reaching their maximum potential through tailored treatment strategies, while coordinating, delegating, and supervising tasks assigned to supportive staff to ensure the highest standard of care. As a valued member of the home health team, you will report directly to the Home Health Director. Enjoy the benefits of a flexible schedule, a supportive and collaborative work environment, and no weekend or holiday shifts.
