About The Position

Occupational Therapist- Hands at Providence Medical Group, Bridgeport- Full Time, Day Schedule The schedule for this position is currently Mon, Tue, Wed and Fri. Willing to discuss other scheduling options $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for eligible rehires and external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions of payment. Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with individual's functional level and potential. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
  • Or Master's Degree From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
  • Or Ph.D. From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
  • Or equivalent educ/experience Coursework/Training Occasional specialized Occupational Therapy training to meet a particular department need.
  • Or equivalent educ/experience Upon hire: Oregon Occupational Therapist License
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Responsibilities

  • Manages and provides skilled occupational therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account individual patient's special physical or age-related needs.
  • Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with individual's functional level and potential.
