Responsibilities
- Primarily complete evaluations, splinting and provide appropriate treatment interventions per policy for patients throughout the lifespan
- Complete required documentation accurately and thoroughly within expected timeframes
- Utilize validated and standardized outcome measures to establish goals
- Demonstrate progress and patient rehabilitation prognosis
- Demonstrates effective communication skills with patients, families, and care team
