About The Position

Select Physical Therapy is seeking a full time occupational hand therapist for our outpatient orthopedic clinic in Santa Rosa, CA. Our clinics are fully equipped to provide care to patients ranging from post-surgical cases, to non-operative conditions, to work conditioning. You will work closely with other talented clinicians with a variety of patient diagnosis and varied patient demographics. Requirements

Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) -accredited school of occupational therapy
CPR certification
Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

At least two years of experience in the application of custom splinting pre and post-op orthopedic
Minimum two years in adult rehabilitation; hand and splinting experience preferred

Responsibilities

Supervise assistants and aides and contribute to case management.
Stay current and up to date with occupational therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB, clinician expertise, patient perception).
Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment, from evaluating and creating a plan of care to treatment and discharge.
Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.

Benefits

Salary Range starting at: $100,000.00 up to $120,000.00 (Commensurate with experience)
