About The Position

The Occupational Therapist - Hand Therapist position at NovaCare Rehabilitation in Roseville, MN, is a full-time role focused on providing specialized hand therapy in an outpatient orthopedic setting. Requirements

• Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) accredited school of occupational therapy.
• CPR certified.
• Valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

• At least two years of experience in the application of custom splinting pre and post-op orthopedic.
• Minimum two years in adult rehabilitation; hand and splinting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assistants and aides and contribute to case management.
• Stay current with occupational therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice.
• Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment, from evaluation to discharge.
• Maintain positive interactions with centers and patients.
• Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.
