Job Description: Essential Functions: Participates in safe, effective, and compassionate patient care under supervision, commensurate with the level of advancement and responsibility. Maintains patient and procedures logs and completes medical records in accordance with established standards. Develops a personal program of self-study and professional growth with guidance from teaching staff and Program Director. Attends mandatory education specified by the Program Director and participates in other educational activities as appropriate to fulfill program requirements and individual learning plan. Participates in research activities, institutional programs, and designated NCH committees and councils.

Requirements

• Three professional letters of reference must be submitted at the time of application.
• Please also include a one-page personal statement indicating your interest in this fellowship program as well as how it aligns with your future professional goals
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field, required.
• Applicable licensure or registration for licensure for professional discipline, required.
