Requirements

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Valid Washington, DC licensure in Occupational Therapy.
  • Passion for supporting children's communication development in a variety of settings.
  • Strong collaboration, organization, and clinical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Providing individualized therapy to help children meet their functional goals.
  • Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Conducting assessments, maintaining accurate documentation, and implementing individualized treatment strategies.
  • Communicate with a warm and passionate team to bring out the children's potential.
