  • Provides patient care, including evaluating the patient for treatment.
  • Provides and directs administration of the care plan upon the referral from the physician.
  • Consults with other health care disciplines to coordinate therapeutic programs and discharge planning for individual patients.
  • Instructs patients and caregivers in home program exercises and functional activities.
  • Assists with patient program management, while delivering quality patient services.
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
  • Internship or rotation in appropriate clinical setting.
  • Licensed to practice occupational therapy in the state of Arizona - OT:AZ.
  • Certified Lymphedemia Therapist (LTC) - within 6 months of hire.
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support.
  • Computer skills.
  • 2 years progressive experience in clinical area, performing patient clinical care.
  • Experienced use of electronic health record.
  • Education Benefit program for benefit-eligible employees after 180 days, providing debt relief and student loan assistance.
  • Full-time employees can receive up to $18,000 over five years.
  • Part-time employees can receive up to $9,000.
