About The Position

Responsible for the evaluation, treatment planning, and treatment implementation of all assigned patients of all age populations. Responsible for completion of all necessary documentation related to patient care and rehab care department projects and operating procedures / tasks. Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patient served. Must demonstrate knowledge of the principals of growth and development and assess data reflective of the patient's current status in relation to their age specific needs.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited college of Occupational Therapy.
• NBCOT certification required.
• Must be licensed or eligible in State of Georgia.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Ability to obtain and interpret information in terms of the patients' needs that are age appropriate.
• Ability to select proper instrumentation/supplies appropriate for age group of patients served.
