About The Position

We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our growing home health therapy team. This is a rewarding opportunity to deliver one-on-one patient care in the home setting, helping patients regain independence, improve mobility, and restore daily function after illness, injury, or surgery. Requirements

Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
Current CPR certification
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

Home health or skilled nursing facility experience preferred
Experience with HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy treatments in home health settings under the direction of an Occupational Therapist
Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and mobility
Assist in improving strength, coordination, balance, and functional independence
Deliver care focused on rehabilitation, recovery, and quality of life improvement
Follow infection control, safety, and universal precautions
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams
