Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school with an associate degree as a an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Certification or license as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in the state of Wisconsin
- Experience in skilled nursing, assisted living, or senior rehabilitation preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Commitment to clinical excellence and professional development

- Experience in skilled nursing, assisted living, or senior rehabilitation preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans focused on improving residents’ functional independence
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, strength, coordination, and cognitive skills
- Monitor resident performance and report progress to the supervising OT
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support optimal resident outcomes
- Educate residents and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment use
- Foster a positive and supportive therapy environment
