Provide skilled occupational therapy assistant services to adult and geriatric patients in their homes. Implement and carry out treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT). Assist patients in improving daily living skills, mobility, and independence. Accurately document services using the EMR system WellSky (Kinnser). Educate patients and caregivers on safe techniques and home exercise programs. Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and caregivers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Active Texas COTA License
• EMR Experience – Wellsky/Kinnser is a Plus
• Home Health Experience is a plus
• Current CPR Certification
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
