The Occupational Safety Consultant is responsible for risk management activities related to the prevention of employee injuries and conducting investigations for the organization. Reporting directly to the Director of Employee Benefits and Wellness, the consultant will facilitate employee accident reporting and investigation, maintain the integrity of data and data collection systems, and report on employee accident, environmental safety, and near-miss data as assigned. The role aims to control and minimize loss to protect the facility's assets while providing a safe environment for staff, visitors, and patients.
