About The Position

CNS Occupational Medicine, headquartered in Lititz, PA, serves the workforce of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Maryland, Delaware, and Virginia by providing efficient healthcare and occupational medicine solutions. We are a fast-growing company, and looking for a practitioner to help us continue to expand our services and reach. Our sister companies include Compliance Navigation Specialists, Northern Insurance Specialists, CNS Driver Training Center, and Carolyn's Notary Service, each also based in Lititz, PA. The Medical Practitioner is an integral part of CNS OccMed both in our Lititz, PA location and on-site with the mobile clinical team. This individual provides the Medical Examination components for DOT examinations, OSHA examinations, and workers compensation claim treatment and examination.

Requirements

• Highly Organized
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
• FMCSA Certified Medical Examiner (CME) required
• Workers Compensation exam and assessment experience
• CRNP
• PA-C
• DO
• MD
• NRCME (Certified Medical Examiner) for DOT Physicals
• Workers Comp Experience

Nice To Haves

• Preference given to physicians with one or both: FAA examination certification and Civil Surgeon certification (Immigration examinations)

Responsibilities

• Provide DOT physical examinations per FMCSA guidelines and expectations
• Provide OSHA physicals, including spirometry and audiology testing as needed
• Evaluation and treatment plan execution for workers compensation claims
• First aid and health care treatment for patients and clients within the scope of occupational medicine
• DOT drug and alcohol testing as needed
• Administration and follow-up as needed
