About The Position

Rochester Regional Health is seeking a board-certified physician with a passion for workplace health and injury prevention to join our WorkReady Occupational Health team. This is a unique opportunity to practice within a growing employer services network that focuses on improving workforce wellness, regulatory compliance, and injury management across diverse industries. 🏥 Position Highlights: Provide comprehensive occupational health services including pre-employment physicals, injury evaluation and treatment, DOT exams, and regulatory testing. Collaborate with employers, case managers, and safety officers to promote return-to-work strategies and injury prevention. Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to employees across manufacturing, healthcare, logistics, and municipal sectors. Monday–Friday schedule, no night or weekend call. Strong support from dedicated nursing, administrative, and employer relations teams. ✅ Qualifications: Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Preventive Medicine, Surgery, Emergency Medicine, Industrial Medicine, Orthopedics, Physiatry, PM&R or Occupational Medicine. Medical Review Officer (MRO) certification — required or willing to obtain within six months of hire. Certified Medical Examiner for the Department of Transportation (DOT) — required or willing to obtain within six months of hire. Requirements

  • Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Preventive Medicine, Surgery, Emergency Medicine, Industrial Medicine, Orthopedics, Physiatry, PM&R or Occupational Medicine.
  • Medical Review Officer (MRO) certification — required or willing to obtain within six months of hire.
  • Certified Medical Examiner for the Department of Transportation (DOT) — required or willing to obtain within six months of hire.

  • Previous experience in occupational medicine, urgent care, or industrial health preferred.
