Occupational Medicine Patient Service Representative - Newnan
About The Position
Piedmont Urgent Care is looking for a high energy, positive person to join our Occupational Medicine team as a Patient Service Representative. Experience in a medical setting or working with Occupational Medicine is preferred but not required. This position’s duties include: Greeting and checking in patients for services such as drug screens, TB tests, various physicals, etc. Speaking with companies on the phone for further instruction when needed. Occasionally collecting payment for services Checking patients out and sending appropriate paperwork to companies. Hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday. We occasionally do on-site services for companies so some travel might be occasionally requested. All training will take place in house.

- Clinical experience - would be able to cross train
- Professional communication, verbal and email
