The Division of Occupational Medicine is ready to welcome a new full-time Advanced Practice Clinician colleague at Nucor Towers and Structures in Hazleton, PA where you will provide onsite occupational health services to over 180 employees. Practice Overview: Onsite clinic office hours Monday-Friday, no major holidays, or on-call responsibility Perform work injury evaluation and treatment, DOT physicals, medical surveillance exams, pre-placement physicals, and other specialty exams and fitness for duty evaluations Provision of clinical and administrative occupational health activities Documentation in Epic EMR

Requirements

  • Valid Pennsylvania medical license and DEA registration
  • Commercial Driver Medical Examiner Certification required

Nice To Haves

  • 2 years of clinical Occupational Medicine experience preferred
  • COHN/COHN-S preferred
