About The Position

MercyOne has a full-time employment opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our Occupational Medicine team. This position is based at our onsite XPAC clinic in Milan, IL, and is an outpatient practice only. We are looking for a dedicated professional to provide quality care in a supportive environment.

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate’s degree from an accredited Nursing Program.
• Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in Illinois & Iowa.
• Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications.
• Eligible to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care in an outpatient occupational medicine setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the provider’s field of practice.
